Radius Walls, Four-Way Corners, and 60% Concrete Savings: A Pow-R-Wall Project in Webster Groves, MO

The Beasley Residence in Webster Groves, Missouri wasn't a straightforward build. A curved radius wall, a four-way wall over an outside corner, and two wall heights transitioning at a tee wall, each one a condition that adds complexity, coordination, and cost in a poured concrete wall. In Pow-R-Wall, they were solved at the design stage before a single panel hit the ground.
Every Pow-R-Wall project ships with engineered shop drawings. For the Beasley build, those drawings came stamped by a licensed Missouri PE. The builder knew exactly what was going where before installation began.
The numbers made the case on their own. The Contour Wall design saved 23 cubic yards of concrete compared to a standard poured wall, at current prices, that's roughly $4,800 savings on concrete alone. The walls also delivered R-30+ insulation and built-in furring assemblies for drywall attachment, eliminating steps that a poured wall would have required separate trades to complete.
Structure, insulation, and interior framing; one system, one installation.
